After analyzing the needs, the services of the supervisory center and the help desk were combined to cover not only the monitoring of non-standard conditions in individual environments but also the efficient resolution of incidents.

Result
Using secure access, data on customer environments was connected to the TCPRO monitoring system. The aforementioned analysis included a list of parameters that needed to be added to the environment in order to control all the key features of the environment.
Furthermore, a process was also created to relieve taikun.cloud technicians of handling incidents. Thanks to these changes, specialized technicians only resolve problems that are escalated by the TCPRO team.
